Doing Something Wrong

I know that I can lose this weight if I just get busy. I have always been able to lose weight easily, but it has gotten a little harder the last few years. I have been thinking about doing a Fat Loss 4 Idiots review, and seeing what they have to offer. I sure would like to get as much help as I can. I am not sure what I am doing wrong at this point. I am so upset.
