Keeping Up with Your HCG Diet

Being in an HCG For Weight Loss program can be as an enjoyable as you want it to be. While taking your HCG diet drops, you can do the following health checks to monitor your body changes: Perform daily weight check during the morning and do light exercise. Doing vigorous exercise while on a low-calorie diet is a big No-No. For women, monitor your menstrual cycle. Make sure that you start phase 1 after you have had your menstruation. Take daily pictures of yourself so you can see how you progress as days go by. This way, you will be more encouraged to continue the diet. When you are in the midst of your HCG diet, you will experience weight loss plateau, which means that you have lost the highest amount of body fat throughout the course of the diet. In this case, take more HCG drops while drinking more water. If you have doubts about this, you could go on eating 6 apples for 1 day.
