When You Have It

I am using the craziest training methods that I can right now, and changing the program up big time.  That is what is going to get the results that I want to get.  I am okay with that too because if the workouts are tough then they are going to be effective too.  That is what it is all about in the end right?  I am using a method of building lean muscle that I know really works good.  I like to feel confident in the workout program that i am using.  That is what causes progress.  You will know it when you have it.
